“I was lucky enough to catch a glimpse of former First Lady Nancy Reagan at the funeral procession for Ronald Reagan on Constitution Avenue in DC in June 2004. She was so moved by the large crowd that had shown up to pay their respects to her late husband that she got out of the limo shortly after this picture was taken and gave the crowd a wave to say thanks.The end of an era. We’re not liable to see their kind again in this country.”
